Terms of Service

Nestyk is a pregnancy and early-parenting companion app. It provides a guided roadmap, appointment and milestone tracking, a curated baby-gear Registry, a baby-names tool for you and your partner, and Ask Nest, an AI assistant that answers general pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and infant-care questions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a Nestyk account.
• Nestyk uses passwordless, email-based ("magic link") sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, as anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
• Each household on Nestyk supports at most two connected members, one in a "mom" role and one in a "dad" role, linked by a private invite code that you choose who to share with. You are responsible for who you share your invite code with.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, milestones, appointment notes, and other content you upload or create in Nestyk (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the app for you and your connected household partner. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it, including any photos or videos of your children.

You agree not to:

• Use Nestyk for any unlawful purpose, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt to access another household's data, or share your invite code to gain unauthorized access to someone else's account.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or Row Level Security protections built into the service.
• Use Ask Nest to attempt to obtain a diagnosis, prescription, or dosage instructions — it is designed to decline these and direct you to a licensed provider.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the service or its curated Registry catalog.

Registry recommendations link to third-party retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Babylist, and buybuy BABY). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. Purchases you make on a retailer's site are governed by that retailer's own terms, not these Terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Nestyk offers one paid feature: the “Full Roadmap” unlock, a single one-time purchase (not a subscription — it does not renew or bill you again) currently priced at $49.99 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Purchasing it removes the week-12 preview limit on Baby Development for your entire household: once either partner completes the purchase, on any platform, it is unlocked for both of you.

On the web, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. through a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe's own terms and privacy policy govern how it handles your payment details.

On iOS and Android, the Full Roadmap unlock is sold as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (processed on our behalf by RevenueCat, our purchase-infrastructure provider). Apple or Google — not Nestyk — is the merchant of record for these purchases, bills your store account directly, and their own payment terms apply.

Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded solely at Apple's or Google's discretion, through their own refund request process — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Purchases made via Stripe on the web may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. To request one, contact support@nestyk.app.

We may change the price of the Full Roadmap unlock for future purchases at any time; this will never change the price of a purchase you have already completed.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → “Delete my account.” If you are the sole member of your household, this permanently deletes all household data and uploaded media. If you have a connected partner, only your own account, uploads, and personal data are removed; your partner's data and shared household records they still need remain. Deletion cannot be undone. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Nestyk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Ask Nest's responses will be accurate or complete. Ask Nest content is general information only, not medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilfredo Olivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Nestyk. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nestyk will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms as the app changes. We will update the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of Nestyk after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
